About This Course

The Empowering Teams and Stakeholders for Project Success course is designed to equip project managers and leaders with the skills and strategies needed to empower team members and stakeholders effectively. The course focuses on organizing around team strengths, fostering task accountability, evaluating task accountability, and determining and delegating decision-making authority. By the end of the course, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of how to create an empowered and accountable project environment that drives success.
