About This Course

The Building High-Performing Project Teams course is designed to equip project managers and leaders with the skills and strategies necessary to build and maintain effective and cohesive project teams. The course focuses on appraising stakeholder skills, determining resource requirements, assessing and refreshing team skills, and facilitating knowledge transfer.
